We, M S Builders & Contractors are one of the leading construction company having expertise in the construction of Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Institutional buildings. Our company was founded by Mr. M.Sundaram in the year 1987 based in west tambaram, Chennai as a propreitor concern. Our head office is at Gandhi Road, West Tambaram, Chennai 45.
For the past three decades we have been delivering quality construction adopting to the ever evolving construction technologies and in the same time following traditional and conventional construction methodology.We have excuted projects of all scales ranging from 500 Sq.ft to 25,000 Sq.ft thus far and with ambition of building much larger scale projects in future.We have shown that, if you can dream it, we can build it, as our portfolio includes more than 250 projects. We are proud that over 70% of our business comes from repeat clients since we establish permanent relationship with our esteemed clients.

When we were looking for a building contractor for constructing our residence,got to know about M S Builders through a friend of mine, we had earlier had approached few other builders, but zeroed in with M S Builders and had our home built in stipulated time. Had referred them to our friends too who were looking for contractors, kind of trust worthy people.
M S Builders constructed our house way back in 1999, recently approached them when i had plans of constructing and promoting a duplex house in my family owned property. Got my building done last year,was happy to see them follow conventional methods in construction even now.
